Small and medium-sized Romanian law companies could be funded with non-reimbursable grant through the Structural funds Sectoral Operational Program - Growth of Economic Competitiveness, dedicated to those who wish to purchase services of qualified consultants in their field of competence. The program is carried on for the period 2010-2011.

Funding grant for a project within this program can reach 70% of eligible project and must not exceed 172,000 RON. The beneficiaries will contribute for a minimum of the 30% of the project value. Financial support for this call is 25,800,000 RON.

The funds winners will receive the full bsold in one stage, at the end of the project. For whom who is interested, it should be pointed out that for this call are not provided granted pre-financing.

The period for submission of projects has not yet been published. For consultancy projects, the procedure for submission concerns a “continue presentation”. Eligible expenses that may be funded with this grant refer to the:

• development of strategies for innovative solutions or creation of new products and / or technologies;
• development of business plans or feasibility studies for the implementation of eco-efficient and competitive systems, as well as for the creation of competitive products;
• preparation of studies and strategies of management, marketing and/or financial analysis for implementing a specific project;
• developing strategies for promoting the activities of the company, as well as the elaboration of strategies and plans for human resources development in order to expand the business or for the implementation of a project.
• studies for the protection of intellectual property, comparative studies on the use of tools and solutions and the development of evaluation studies for the transfer of the business. 

All other expenses not listed above will be considered ineligible for co-financing POS CCE and will be charged by the company, without being calculated on the total contribution from the applicant / beneficiary.
